
Postdoc Appreciation Week NL 2026
From 21-25 September 2026, the Netherlands will for the second time celebrate Postdoc Appreciation Week NL (PAW_NL) with events taking place across the country. This is your opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate the invaluable contributions of postdoctoral researchers at both local and national levels.
Highlight of this year’s programme:
- An online PAW_NL kick-off with keynote speaker Prof. Dr. Christine Teelken on Monday September 21st. Opening the dialogue about Postdoc careers.
- “An insecure start” webinar by Laurens Hessels about his research on early career researchers in The Netherlands for Rathenau Institute.
- A live PAW_NL event on Thursday September 24th in Utrecht. Programme includes keynote speaker Dr. Inge van der Weijden, workshops and 1-2-1 career coaching.
