The research by the CWTS Institute at Leiden University that we mentioned below (The career of postdocs is largely dependent on coincidence) is taking effect. The rector of Leiden University has indicated that he will take action as a result of this research and Frank Futselaar of the SP wants the Minister to take action and put an end to the flex contracts of postdocs.
